Book From Contracts

-1- We move to the reservations page in the reservations section.

-2- We click on the ‘Book from contracts’ button.

-3- We select the hotel. We enter the check-in and check-out dates. We enter the promo code (optionally). Then we click on the search button.

-4- The available rooms in the hotel will be displayed.

-5- We select the rooms, then we click on the 'Book Now' button.

-6- The client information input page will appear.

We select the client type, whether it's an agency or an individual.

We choose a client from the available list, or we can add a new client directly by clicking on (+).

We enter the client's information.

We also enter the guest's name.

Optionally, we can enter booking notes.

Then we click on the 'Confirm Reservation' button.

The reservation has been created and will appear immediately on the reservations page.
