Add a contract with one room type

1- A contract can be added for one type of room on the platform, Go to the contracts page from the units section

2- Click on the New Contract button

3- You can assign a name to the contract or leave it blank and the system will assign a name to it. Then you determine the type of contract whether it is *Block or **Room night:

*Block contract: It is an allotment contract. In this contract, you have a specific number of rooms in the hotel every day at your disposal, and you do not need to confirm the hotel to book for the client. Reservations on block type contracts are always confirmed by the supplier.

**Room night contract: It is a type of contract in which the hotel gives you a specific number of nights for a specific period at a specific price. Each time you need to confirm the hotel or provider when booking for a client. You can consume your balance of nights in the contract before the expiration of the period, and it is also possible for the period to pass and not be consumed. All nights held

-Contract cost (optional): You enter the total amount of the contract, including tax.

-Priority: It enables us to specify the contract from which we will withdraw the possibility if there are several contracts for the same hotel and the same period.

-Then you activate the contract by activating the Create button if we want to book directly on it, and you can disable the activation as needed.

-Treated as a hotel: This applies to hotels in which hotel taxes are calculated.

-You choose the hotel and notice the views available there.

-You choose the room type.

-Classification (optional).

-Then you enter the contract period, the entry and exit dates.

*Note: The last day of the contract is an exit day on which reservations cannot be made.

-And you enter the meal

4- It will be shown the views available at the hotel.

-You determine the room inventory for each view.

-You optionally specify the cost of mid-week and weekend days.

-You determine the selling price in the middle of the week and at the weekend.

-You choose the provider, whether it is a hotel or a tourism company.

-Then you click on Create
