Checking The Rooming And Room Status

-1- We move to the rooming page in the unities section.

-2- The rooming page allows us to check the status of rooms in the hotel, reservations that are pending, the occupancy rate, and organize the rooming process as a whole.

-3- We can use filters to specify the hotel, date, guest name, reservation number, floor number, room number, or customer, then click on the search button.

Similarly, we can generate a rooming report by clicking on the print button.

-4- We can use filters for the reservation status or room status, then click on the search button to display the rooms associated with that status.

-5- We can view the daily data for the overall room status from this table.

-6- In the following image, the hotel rooms are displayed in different colors according to their status:

• Green color indicates available rooms.
• Red color indicates dirty rooms.
• Yellow color indicates rooms needing inspection.
• Light green color indicates rooms that have been inspected.
• Gray color indicates rooms that are out of order or out of service.

-7- For the occupied rooms in the hotel:

• Light blue color indicates rooms with today's check-in.
• White color indicates rooms currently occupied.
• Orange color indicates rooms with today's check-out.

-8- The system provides us with many details about the room, as shown in the image.

-9- We can access the reservation by clicking on the reservation number.

After selecting the room and right-clicking on it with the mouse, we are presented with several options, including:

• Book: Add a new reservation for the room.
• Change room status.
• Change room type.
• Room history: Track the room status for a specific period day by day.
• Clear selections: Cancel the selected rooms initially.

-10- Notes:

• We can change the status and type of multiple rooms simultaneously.
• To select multiple rooms, we press 'CTRL' and click on the rooms we want.
