JoodBooking is structured as a modular, cloud-based suite: every product shares the same underlying data — guests, bookings, contracts, and accounting — so information flows automatically between the Backoffice, your B2C website, the B2B portal, and the PMS without any duplicate entry. You access everything through a standard web browser; no software installation is ever required.
You do not need to download or install anything to use JoodBooking. A modern web browser and a stable internet connection are the only requirements.

How the Platform Is Structured

At the centre of the platform sits the Backoffice — the operational command hub where all bookings originate or land, regardless of their source (direct phone call, B2C website, B2B portal, or bed-bank channel). From the Backoffice you manage contracts, users, reports, and accounting. The surrounding products — B2C Website, B2B Portal, Jood PMS, and Jood Guest Portal — connect to the Backoffice and extend its capabilities to specific audiences or operational contexts.

Key Concepts

Backoffice

The central hub for your organisation. All reservations flow through here. Staff manage bookings, print invoices, generate reports, and configure the rest of the platform from a single dashboard.

Booking Stages

Every reservation moves through a defined lifecycle: Request → Preliminary → Confirmed, with terminal states of Cancelled or No-Show. Each stage triggers automated notifications and accounting entries.

Contracts

Pricing in JoodBooking is contract-driven. A contract defines rates per room type, per season, and per client — giving you precise control over what each channel or corporate buyer pays.

Users & Roles

Administrators create staff accounts and assign granular permissions — controlling which screens, reports, and actions each user can access. No technical knowledge is needed to manage your team.

Reports

Generate occupancy, revenue, and accounting reports at any time. Every report can be exported as PDF or XLS and shared directly via Email or WhatsApp from within the platform.

B2C vs B2B

B2C targets individual travellers through your public-facing website with online payment and promo codes. B2B gives corporate clients and wholesale partners a private portal with their own contracted pricing.
