JoodBooking integrates with the most widely-used payment gateways in Saudi Arabia and internationally, so your customers can pay online securely at the moment of booking. Once you connect a gateway, payments flow automatically through your B2C booking website — no manual intervention required. You choose the gateway that best suits your business, enter your credentials once in the Backoffice, and you’re ready to go.

How to Connect a Payment Gateway

1

Log in to your JoodBooking Backoffice

Open your Backoffice and sign in with your administrator credentials.
2

Go to Settings → Payment Gateways

In the left navigation menu, navigate to Settings, then select Payment Gateways from the submenu.
3

Select the gateway you want to activate

Choose your preferred gateway from the list of supported providers. Each gateway has its own configuration panel.
4

Enter your gateway credentials

Input the API keys, merchant ID, or secret token provided by your payment gateway provider. You obtain these credentials directly from your gateway account dashboard.
5

Save and test with a small transaction

Save your settings and run a real or sandbox test transaction to confirm the integration is working correctly before going live.
6

Start accepting online payments

Your B2C booking website is now fully configured to accept online payments from customers at checkout.
Payment gateway integrations are available for B2C booking websites only. The B2B portal uses manual payment registration, where agents record payments directly inside the Backoffice.
JoodBooking connects to your existing gateway account — it does not create one for you. To use any of the supported gateways, register directly with the provider of your choice and obtain your API credentials before completing the setup steps above.
