No. JoodBooking is designed for business users with no technical background. The interface is built around everyday booking workflows, and the JoodBooking team provides hands-on onboarding support to make sure you’re set up and confident from day one.

Bookings & Reservations

JoodBooking tracks reservations through five stages: Request, Preliminary, Confirmed, Cancelled, and No-show. Each stage transition can automatically trigger a notification to the customer, keeping them informed without any manual follow-up from your team.
Yes. JoodBooking sends automated notifications via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp whenever a booking status changes. This keeps customers updated in real time and reduces the volume of inbound enquiries your staff needs to handle.
Yes. The JoodBooking Backoffice handles both hotel and transport reservations within the same system, so you don’t need to switch between separate platforms or reconcile data manually.
Yes. Customers who book through your B2C website can log in to view their booking status and full details, and cancel if needed — all self-service, without contacting your team. WhatsApp notification links are also supported, so clients can act on booking updates directly from their phone.

Products & Features

  • B2C (Business-to-Consumer) is an online booking website for individual customers. It’s designed for fast, intuitive search-and-book flows with promo code support and self-service account management.
  • B2B (Business-to-Business) is a separate portal for corporate clients and travel agencies. It shows each partner their own contracted prices and allows them to book directly from your negotiated inventory.
Both portals are customised to your brand and can run alongside the Backoffice on the same account.
Jood PMS is JoodBooking’s Property Management System, built for hotel operations. It manages room status, daily check-in and check-out, room assignments, and occupancy dashboards. It’s designed to be easy to use for front-desk staff, with minimal setup steps and a clear visual room plan.
The Jood Guest Portal is a digital in-stay service platform that guests access on their phone during their stay. They can request room service, housekeeping, and other hotel services, as well as leave feedback — all without paper forms or calling the front desk. It reduces workload for staff and improves the guest experience.

Payments & Billing

JoodBooking supports the following payment gateways as add-ons for your B2C website:
  • Payfort (Amazon Payment Services)
  • Paytab
  • Myfatourah
  • Urway
  • Stripe
  • International card payments
You can enable one or more gateways depending on your preferred provider and the payment methods your customers use.
Yes. JoodBooking’s electronic billing module is fully compliant with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) requirements for e-invoicing in Saudi Arabia. The system is automatically updated whenever ZATCA releases new rules or technical specifications, so you don’t need to take any action to stay compliant.
ZATCA compliance is included in JoodBooking — there is no separate fee or module to activate.
When recording payments manually in the Backoffice, you can log the following types: Advance, Bank transfer, Cash, and Cheque. Each payment is attached to the relevant booking and reflected in your financial reports.

Integrations

Yes. Through the Channel Manager add-on (RateTiger), you can synchronise your room prices and availability with Booking.com and other major online travel agencies (OTAs) in real time. This eliminates manual updates and reduces the risk of overbooking across channels.
JoodBooking supports connections to the following bed banks out of the box:
  • Webbeds
  • Ratehawk
  • Ratetiger
These integrations allow you to access pre-contracted wholesale hotel inventory from global aggregators without signing individual contracts or any manual data entry.
Yes. JoodBooking integrates with eZee, RateGain, and RateTiger PMS systems, enabling two-way data flow between your existing property management tools and the JoodBooking platform.
