You can go from a blank slate to accepting live online bookings in a single working day. JoodBooking is entirely cloud-based — there is nothing to install, no server to configure, and no technical background required. Follow the five steps below to get your operation up and running.
1

Sign Up and Choose a Plan

Visit joodbooking.com/pricing to view the available subscription plans. Select the plan that fits your business size and the modules you need, then complete the registration form with your organisation details.
Not sure which plan to pick? Every plan starts with a free trial — you can explore the platform before committing to a subscription.
2

Set Up Your Organisation

After your account is created, log in to the Backoffice and complete your organisation profile:
  • Enter your hotel, company, or agency name and contact details.
  • Upload your logo and choose your brand colours — these are applied automatically to your B2C website and all guest-facing communications.
  • Configure your currency and tax settings to match ZATCA requirements for electronic invoicing.
3

Add Your Inventory

Build the inventory that your team and customers will book:
  • Hotels: Add each property, define room types (single, double, suite, etc.), and set room counts.
  • Transport operators: Add your routes, vehicle types, and seat capacities.
  • Pricing contracts: Create at least one contract per property or route — specifying rates per room type, per season, and per sales channel. Contracts control exactly what every client or customer pays.
Use season-based contracts to automatically apply peak, shoulder, and off-peak rates without manual price updates during the year.
4

Connect Your Channels

Expand your reach and enable online payments:
  • Payment gateway: Connect one or more payment providers (Payfort, Paytab, Myfatourah, Urway, Stripe, or International) so your B2C website can accept cards and online payments immediately.
  • Channel Manager (optional): Activate the RateTiger integration to push your prices and availability to OTAs automatically, preventing overbooking.
  • Bed Banks (optional): Link Webbeds or Ratehawk to pull third-party hotel inventory directly into your Backoffice.
  • PMS integrations (optional): Connect eZee, RateGain, or RateTiger to synchronise your property management system with JoodBooking’s Backoffice.
  • Communication (optional): Connect Msegat or MessageBird to send automated SMS and WhatsApp booking confirmations to your guests.
5

Go Live

You are ready to start accepting bookings:
  • B2C Website: Publish your branded booking site. Share the URL on social media, add it to your Google Business profile, and start driving direct traffic.
  • B2B Portal (if applicable): Share the portal link and login credentials with your corporate clients and wholesale partners.
  • Backoffice: Your reservations team can now take phone and walk-in bookings directly in the Backoffice — everything is logged and invoiced automatically.
Monitor your first bookings in real time from the Backoffice dashboard and run your first occupancy report to confirm everything is working correctly.
JoodBooking’s support team assists all new customers through the onboarding process. If you need help at any step — from adding inventory to connecting a payment gateway — reach out and a specialist will guide you through it.
Prefer to talk through the setup live? Contact the JoodBooking team directly on WhatsApp: wa.me/966560627529. Support is available in Arabic and English.
