How to Activate the Channel Manager

Request the add-on from JoodBooking support

Contact the JoodBooking team to enable the Channel Manager add-on for your account. This feature is available as a paid add-on and must be activated before configuration.

Register or log in to RateTiger

If you do not already have a RateTiger account, create one at ratetiger.com. If you have an existing account, log in and confirm that your property is set up.

Provide your RateTiger credentials to JoodBooking

Share your RateTiger account credentials and property details with JoodBooking’s onboarding team. The team will use these to establish the two-way connection between JoodBooking and RateTiger.

Map your room types

Work with the onboarding team to match each room type in JoodBooking to the corresponding room category in your RateTiger account. Accurate mapping ensures rates and inventory sync correctly.

Set your pricing strategy and go live

Define your default rate plans and pricing rules in JoodBooking, then activate the integration. Your rates and availability will begin syncing to all connected OTA channels immediately.
The Channel Manager add-on is available for hotel reservation companies and hotels. It is not available for Umrah or transport operators.
